Mummy Cave Ruins. Ancient ruins of a puebloan village can be seen in the left-center. With over 80 rooms, some reaching four stories, this site dates from around A.D.300 to A.D.1300. While excavating the ruins in the 1880's, two mummified bodies were unearthed and the site became known as Mummy Cave Ruins.
